2. Scope of Services
Lucca is a concierge-style property search service and marketing platform that connects clients with trusted partners for services such as renovation, interior design, and exclusive perks. Please Note: Lucca is not a real estate agency and does not offer real estate agent services. We solely facilitate connections between potential buyers and service providers.
3. Eligibility and Usage Requirements
Age Requirement: Our services are available only to users who are 18 years of age or older.
Minimum Purchase Requirement: There is no minimum property purchase value required to use Lucca’s services.
4. Perks and Benefits Limitations
Complimentary Vespa: For property purchases valued at €1.5 million or above, clients will receive a complimentary Vespa as part of our "Mallorca Lifestyle Starter Kit." The Vespa is limited to the most cost efficient model, colour and equipment currently on the spanish website of Vespa.com. Registration costs, insurance and all other costs beyond the initial purchase, run at cost of the new owner.
Sports Lessons: Lucca provides one complimentary one-hour lesson for a single sport (e.g., tennis, sailing, or golf). Additional lessons or sports may be available at the client’s expense.
5. Payment Terms and Commission Structure
There are no fees charged to buyers for Lucca’s services.If a partner receives a client referral from Lucca, they are required to share a commission with Lucca. This obligation is strictly between Lucca and the partner and does not involve the buyer.
6. Third-Party Liability and Partner Services
Lucca is not liable for any services provided by third-party partners, including real estate agents, architects, renovation contractors, or any other service providers. While Lucca recommends partners based on quality and reputation, it is the client’s sole responsibility to assess and verify the suitability of these services. Lucca is not responsible for the quality, reliability, or availability of any third-party services.
7. Data Privacy and GDPR ComplianceData Collected: Lucca collects personal information, including name, contact details, and property preferences, solely to provide our services.
Data Use: Collected data is used exclusively for internal purposes and service provision. Lucca will not share data with third parties unless explicit consent is provided by the client.
Data Retention: The retention period for client data will be defined and shared in Lucca’s Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on Lucca’s website, including branding, text, and images, is the exclusive property of Lucca. Clients and users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or misusing any content without prior written permission from Lucca.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the use of Lucca’s services will be resolved in Spanish courts.
10. Modification of Terms
Lucca reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of Lucca’s services following any updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By using Lucca’s services, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions. Clients must explicitly agree to these terms (e.g., by ticking a checkbox) before utilizing Lucca’s services.
